Secured Login:

The yourSportsIT interface is controlled with a secured login and a role based security system. The power of the yourSportsIT infrastructure lies beneath the system in the extra features and information that is available for board members, managers, and umpires.

League Announcements

League Announcements allow the league to post important items anywhere on the web site they choose. Typically you will find these on the home page.

Division Standings:

The yourSportsIT system updates the divisional standings automatically as you record game scores. This ensures accuracy and the timely updating of standings for the whole league. There are many options for standings.

Rainout Notifications/Alerts!!!

Parents love the rainout section of the yourSportsIT system. Once a rainout notification or reschedule alert is created it will email parents whom have games that are affected. Imagine just as your about to leave the office to rush home and head to the ballfield you receive and email and a beep on your phone, you have a message from yourSportsIT telling your game has been cancelled due to thunderstorms in the area, no reason to rush home anymore.

Today's Games:

This feature allows you to display today's schedule right on the home page for the user. Not only is it a great way for users to get to the information they need, it also notifies them if there is a rainout or a rescheduled game.

Game Schedules:

Once your game schedules are added to the system, yourSportsIT handles the rest, including email notifications to all team members when a game is rescheduled for any reason. Just edit a game and update the score and the standings will be updated as well. yourSportsIT's unique design also will keep historical track of game schedules so there is never confusion over when games will be played.

Event Calendar

The League Event Calendar can summarize upcoming league activities easily for any user of the web site to see. The calendar allows for a lot of features like recurring events. and consolidated calendars.
